At Bari-Uma, we are committed to providing the ultimate ramen experience every day. Our Super Rich Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen is made with carefully selected ingredients, prepared under hygienic conditions. We combine potherb, chicken feet, pork bones, and other ingredients and simmer them for more than 10 hours to create a creamy, flavorful soup that is the essence of our ramen.
